  1. I bought a coach female wallet at jfk international airport a couple years ago the entire inside of the wallet is shedding I am very disappointed with this costly purchase. I live Jamaica and it’s challenging to post /go to the head office in nyc I spoke to the clerk at the store and they said to contact coach kindly let me know if i can exchange this wallet or get a refund at the same store thank you
