  1. I bought a $2,000 Crate and Barrel upholstered sofa and it was delivered to my house on 7/23/20, 3 weeks ago. I have only one problem with the sofa. it smells so bad I can not sit in the same room with it. Unfortunately it is in my office, so I have to return the sofa. I did not have this problem with the other crate and barrel sofa I bought. Can I return &/or exchange?
