    Returned a lingrie to ross
    The cashier told me that the ross tag should be attached to the product.
    I returned the very next day of purchase.
    The hole on the tag was already so big that the tag fell out in the bag. As i was told it should be attached i simply attached to the lingerie again.
    That wasn’t my fault.
    If the attachment is so important so the tags shold be pasted or stapled to the product as on toys or cosmetics.
    I advised same to the cashier she rudely replied we cant do that..
    Manager was polite though

  13. Hello. My friend bought my puppy 7 new outfits. The tags are still on the garments however I do not have the receipt. The outfits are too big. I’m hoping to be able to exchange them.
