Macy’s Return Policy provides a time frame of 180 days for returning most of the items. This is likely a long timeframe compared to any other popular stores in the world. Their simple motto is to keep their customers happy by providing a longer return period. In spite of the 180-days return policy, there are few exceptions to it.
