Return of Goods purchased on the US website
Items purchased on the US website can be returned either to the Uniqlo warehouse or to the Uniqlo store. The Uniqlo Return Policy has the following return procedure for the USA.
Return to Warehouse
Goods purchased online have a ship date on their packing list. Such goods can be returned to the warehouse up to 60 days from this ship date. The goods must be in the original condition (new, unused, and unwashed) and must carry the original tags and labels along with the product packaging. For timely processing, it is advisable to send the return form included in the package.
The company will issue a refund in the same form in which the payment was made.
Return to Store

On the final step, one of the options is “Bring It to Our Store”. Select this option and after that, print the Return Form. Now, to get the refund, take the goods to the UNIQLO store of your choice. Return of goods with a prepaid label
To return items using a prepaid label, please go to the official website of the company, in the returns section, i.e. www.uniqlo.com/us/en/returns. On the final step, select the option “Use a Prepaid Shipping Label”. Thereafter, print the return packing list and shipping label. Pack the items along with all the original tags in a box and stick the printed prepaid return label on the outside of this box. Drop the box off, at any United States Postal Service or FedEx location or send it with your outgoing USPS mail.
You will receive the full refund amount, except $7, which is deducted by the company, to pay the return shipping charges. Also, note that the company will not refund shipping costs and alteration fees.

Uniqlo Return Policy for altered goods
If the goods are sent for alterations, the customer must be collect the altered goods with a valid receipt or ID. If the customer fails to collect the altered goods within 90 days of their purchase, they will be discarded. Later on, the customer cannot hold the company responsible for merchandise not claimed by him. Also, fees charged by the company for the alteration of goods are non-refundable.
Uniqlo Return Policy for Vending Machine Purchases
If you have purchased goods through vending machines these can be returned to any UNIQLO store situated within the contiguous United States within 60 days. You will receive a full refund in the same form in which you had made the payment. For this, the following conditions must be satisfied:
