I have been trying to get a hold of the customer service for the past 3 days to return an item that I purchased on line. I have been on hold for over 1 hour at a time (this is during multiple attempts) And I can get anyone to answer the phone. I went into the store and took 2 hours to pick a couch I thought was right for me I did not want a hard firm couch and pillows had to be attached when my sectional came one piece was already damange and I did not ok it in my home the second piece looked good but was far from what I sat in at the store it was supper hard and I dont like it at all the only thing I got from the people by phone and in the store is that all couches need to be broke in…. not said during the sale and what’s the point going and sitting just to get a couch u dont want I was refused a return or exchange even though I had been coming since day one I will never shop at ashely again and beware they will do everything to not return ur product and have very poor customer service now I have one piece to a sectional and its not even comfortable

I purchased a sofa, loveseat and chair from Ashley. The items on display in the store were not the color that I wanted and I chose to get it in a different color. When they delivered the furniture, they did not include the pillows, so they were shipped separately. When we sat on the furniture, it did not feel the same as it did in the store. After we received the pillows, which were in the color on display in the store, we realized that the fabric on the darker color is totally different than the fabric on the color that we ordered. I called the store and they would not do anything. Why would I assume that the fabric would be different if the saleperson did not inform me of that. What can I do to resolve this?
