If you want to return any product, Avon is ready to pay a full refund. Besides you return the product within 28 days of receipt date. You cannot return the products you purchased from avon.com from section Final Sale. The return product should be unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition and the original packaging.

How to return?

Avon Return Policy provides an easy way to return the products. Before returning the product you purchased from avon.com, you have to process this method to generate return request. Follow the steps, Generate the Return Request and Proceed the Returns.

  1. Login Avon Online.
  2. Go To ‘ My Account‘.
  3. In that click on ‘My Orders‘.Return Policy Avon
  4. You will see a dropdown there, select ‘ Posted Invoice Detail’ and choose the desired date.
  5. Click ‘Search‘.
  6. You will be able to see the list of the order that you made in the past.
  7. Choose the Invoice of the product you want to return.
  8. Click ‘View Details’.
  9. Click ‘Return Order’.
  10. Select the product or products you want to return. And click on them.
  11. Choose the Reason Code and submit the Complete Return Request.
  12. Return Request is completed. You will receive a Return Request Code. Note it down.
  13. Send the Return Request code along with the product.
  14. Send the parcel with 1-2 business days from the date of Return Request generated.

When to return?

There are several reasons for you to return the products. Some of them are mentioned and with the time limit stated in Avon Return Policy. You can return the product only if it defects, broken, faulty, damaged in transit, did not function or appear as expected, or a mistake was made on Avon behalf.

  • Return the product within 7 days of delivery, if the product is faulty or defective while you receive. Go to “Avon Refund Page“, enter your return code there. Avon online Department will take care of the rest.
  • You can return the product within 28 days from the order date to get a full refund.
  • If you return after 28 days of the order date return request will be rejected.
  • The product must be in Original Condition, Original Package, Unopened, Not at all damaged, Unused, and Unmarked. For instance, bags or jewelry or innerwear.
  • You cannot return the product purchased from Avon Beauty Boutique processing online method.
  • If you return the product that you are not satisfied with, then the Return Shipping Cost is on you. For Example, Fragrance, Size, Shade, taste, or maybe Measurement.
  • Products purchased in a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole pack, including free items. If you fail to return the free item, the return will be rejected. Suppose if buy a Lipstick in Buy one Get one free Scheme. And if you do not return the free one. In that case, your return will be rejected.
  • You must return the product by the Original delivery method. (you cannot return the product online which you purchased at the store.)
  • Free gifts are exceptions.

Ways to return

If you purchase a product online and want to return it. Avon Return Policy has mentioned TWO ways.

If you buy online, you can mail the product and if purchase any product from store return to store itself.

If you purchased from avon.com, return by mail.

By Mail

Option 1. Drop off near UPS location

If you want to mail the product. simply follow these steps.

  1. Pack the product carefully and if possible in the Original package include Original Packaging Slip if possible.
  2. Take a print of the Original Receipt of the product and place it will your return package.

  4. Drop off that package at nearest UPS location.
  5. Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Option 2. Pay charges at Time of Shipping

  1. Pack your product you want to return.
  2. Follow the instructions given at the back of the packing slip.
  3. If you lost it or don’t have due to some reason then, write the full name and address of the buyer who purchased the product.
  4. If possible also include the email address or the date of the order of the buyer.
  5. Choose a carrier, pay the return charges at the time of shipping.

Purchased from store

If you purchased visiting Avon Beauty Boutique, according to Avon Return Policy you will have to visit the store.

Return at the store

Provide the Original Receipt and the Unopened product that you want to return to the store within 28 days of purchase date.

If you have any issue with the size of lingerie, Usually it is non-returnable, but in case you haven’t used it at all, Visit the store to return.

You cannot mail any product to our stores.

Money Return Process

  • It might take 7-10 business days for the returned product to reach to the Avon Warehouse.
  • After your returned product is verified along with the Original Receipt.
  • Refund is processed within 5 days after the product is received.
  • It might take 14 business days for the credited amount to show up on your monthly statement.

  • Refunds for Cash will as Store credit, not as Cash.

    I’ve bought some stuff through an avon agent and she told me that she cant return the product because it would be difficult for her
    Now I actually got this product for my mum and she had recieved the same one as a gift from one of her friends
    I haven’t even used the bag
    And I’ve spoken to the agent and she says she cant return it and I have to pay for it
    Please let me know what I should do because Its really stupid to keep 2 of the same thing

  2. Hi, I am a new Avon rep and I have a cash account which I paid 1220 cash upfront ….now I received wrong orders mean all orders are wrong
    I just want all my money back
    I can’t do these anymore

  3. I purchased a bottle of perfume, from my rep, I have used it but the fragrance has gone after a couple of hours wearing it, I’m so disappointed with it. My consultant says cannot return as its open & used. Maybe its a bad batch or something I have bought lots of perfumes from Avon & never experienced this before.

      As per the policy, you can return the product which is unused so it is not eligible to return an open perfume.
