  3. I bought a 4 piece patio set at Sears store that was closing in November 2019 for 590.00 new and inbox with All Sales Final no return or exchange. Finally, the weather is nice so I open the box in April 2020 and start to assemble but have one chair and love seat where bolts do not line up with holes. I have 2 defective items inset. I was informed by Customer Solutions that with all sales final there was nothing they could do for me. Told me I should of the checked box before purchase meaning I should have put the set together before buying it ( REALLY !!) I like the set but need two new pieces. Tried calling Ningbo Sunmate Home & Casual Company as instructed if I had a problem with the set but of course no return call after 3 attempts. How can I handle this problem? The items were DEFECTIVE even with all sales final there should be an exception with the defective product. Can you help me resolve this situation? Thank You.
