Return In-store Purchase
In-store purchases can be returned at any Urban Outfitter store. To return the items purchased from Urban Outfitters, all you need to do is take your item along with the original purchase receipt at the nearest store.
For returns made in-store, you will receive the refund in the original form of payment within 1-3 business days.
Furthermore, it should be noted that you cannot return an in-store purchase by mail.
You can even return the items you purchased Urban Outfitters without original purchase receipt. While returning these items, only exchange would be provided to you. The replacement item should be of equal price or lower than the current selling of your returns.
