  2. I cannot get help through your customer service. After holding 45 minutes my call was disconnected. I ordered a table that has several things wrong. I need to get this resolved. I reported the problem the day it was delivered and was told I would hear from someone to pick up the table and issue a refund

  3. I have not received my order yet of a sectional. If was suppose to be delivered in three weeks and I am now being told it will be 7 weeks until delivered. Am I able to just cancel my entire order and be refunded?

  4. I have been trying to get a hold of the customer service for the past 3 days to return an item that I purchased on line. I have been on hold for over 1 hour at a time (this is during multiple attempts) And I can get anyone to answer the phone. I even called one of the stores to see if they could help me with some kind of information on how I could set up a return from an online order, only to be told they couldn’t help me. ( the call to the store was also a 20min wait for someone to tell me they could help). I just want to know HOW I CAN RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE ITEM

I went into the store and took 2 hours to pick a couch I thought was right for me I did not want a hard firm couch and pillows had to be attached when my sectional came one piece was already damange and I did not ok it in my home the second piece looked good but was far from what I sat in at the store it was supper hard and I dont like it at all the only thing I got from the people by phone and in the store is that all couches need to be broke in…. not said during the sale and what’s the point going and sitting just to get a couch u dont want I was refused a return or exchange even though I had been coming since day one I will never shop at ashely again and beware they will do everything to not return ur product and have very poor customer service now I have one piece to a sectional and its not even comfortable

  9. I purchased a sofa, loveseat and chair from Ashley. The items on display in the store were not the color that I wanted and I chose to get it in a different color. When they delivered the furniture, they did not include the pillows, so they were shipped separately. When we sat on the furniture, it did not feel the same as it did in the store. After we received the pillows, which were in the color on display in the store, we realized that the fabric on the darker color is totally different than the fabric on the color that we ordered. I called the store and they would not do anything. Why would I assume that the fabric would be different if the saleperson did not inform me of that. What can I do to resolve this?

  10. My mother-in-law recently purchased a dining table from Ashley, but when the table was delivered, the color of the table looked extremely different than at the furniture store.   11. You need to look at the fine print that opened items or customer direct shipped are NOT able to be returned or exchanged. I ordered the incorrect height barstool and was told I can not exchange them. I haven’t used them but still can’t exchange.

  12. Hello, I just received 2-night bed stands today,( 4-16-20) after opening the one box, we notice that the one nightstands leg is broken. I am now calling the 1 866-436-3393 number in hopes to have Ashley Furniture exchange the damaged/defective nightstand with another nightstand. I hope being on hold for over 30 minutes is normal???   14. We brought a chair home from Ashley on Friday. By Sunday we realized that it did not feel like the chair in the showroom and it gave my husband back and neck pain. We called our local showroom and they said all sales are final. We have looked through our paperwork and see nothing that states anything about all sales being final. Why would they tell us that, when clearly this site states that there is a 30-day return policy?

    Waiting to receive my bed since 4/24 expected delivery date after filing a claim with UPS there nothing we all parties can do until someone from this Furniture company calls me back or UPS no help via phone Or email They say to leave a voicemail after a 2 hr wait and they will return calls within 24-48 hrs which is a total lie I already left 2 voicemails for the past 4 weeks calling every day.

  18. Hello. I purchased a dining table and chairs from here and the table looks great, but the chairs are absolutely horrible! The frames are so bent I can’t use the chairs. I have multiple extra screws because none of the holes match up for me to even screw the frames in also. Plus they were dirty!!
    I am highly dissatisfied with this company never responding nor having an email where I can send the pictures to. I would like to talk to someone to receive a refund immediately. I have proof of all chairs also.

  19. I Purchased a bed on April 30 I received it and did not open it because it was made of particle board which I did not know when I ordered it. I cannot use it for the person I bought it for because he is very overweight and this bed will not hold up for him.
